Message from CEO

At the end of 2020, after working in Australian real estate and construction for close to 15 years, I was sick of watching real estate companies and builders alike take every opportunity to take advantage of the everyday mum and dad investors alike. I noticed a trend and a sea of substandard properties being sold at high volumes with a promise of financial return that just didn't add up. The mentality of quick to list and quick to sell might be in the agents best interest but it certainly is not for yours. It's worth noting that certain companies may not fully grasp the fundamental basics when it comes to articulating the inclusions, important features of homes and the surrounding communities.

All of this added more confusion and pressure only to become a hindrance and loss of valuable time and money for the everyday families trying to enter the market or making investment decisions.

Elliman & Co was formed for the experienced realty broker who specializes in off the market property acquisition and because of this, we have grown at a rate that the Melbourne Real Estate market has yet to see. As the saying goes “Teach someone the craft of building strong foundations, and they'll construct their own legacy”. Our clients come first.

With the consistent turbulent times that have bestowed the Australian property market due to unforeseen pandemic and interest rate circumstances, it prompted our team to consistently improve our tools, skills and most of all focus on the builders and developers that we work with. This ensures we deliver superior quality service and products to each and every client, while also laying the groundwork for a sustainable and rewarding property portfolio.
